汇报内容:结果: <div>1、龚总在宁乡已铺货外婆菜30家商超或生鲜店,今日共走访7家超市,了解陈列、产品动销情况,各门店零售价格5元,均有动销;客户对推广公司产品更有信心,计划在5-6月份加大铺货门店数量;</div><div>2、周大厨需求拆骨肉非常迫切,敲定后预计23号左右需要到仓;七盒湘今日对牛肉、个性鸡杂2个产品测试均获得通过,晚上已进行报价,有望马上替换众鲜产品;</div>
汇报内容:痛点: <div>零售客户还是有些担心产品滞销的情况,方案:扩大铺货门店数量,增大c端曝光率;前期单店铺货数量有效控制,多巡店,内部管控,尽量避免滞销情况;</div>
